Body Fit Training opens first location in Canada, sets sights on US growth

Backed by Xponential Fitness, the Functional and Strength Training Concept is entering the North American fitness scene

Body Fit Training (BFT), a boutique fitness brand offering 50-minute group strength training classes led by highly accredited trainers in a welcoming environment, today announced the opening of its first Canadian studio in Toronto. This opening marks the beginning of the brand’s growth in North America after it was acquired by the world’s largest franchisor of boutique fitness brands, Xponential Fitness, Inc. With more than 200 studio locations open in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, the UK, the US and Canada, BFT already has a strong international presence, and now with more than 500 licensed locations worldwide, BFT is on track to expand stateside .
