Adopt-A-Street
Destin’s Adopt-A-Street program allows local families, businesses and community groups to perform a valuable public service by accepting sections of the street to protect themselves from garbage and waste. The groups participating in this program will have their names listed on the city’s website, and signs will be installed on their accepted street. Concert at Six Piece Suits

The Six Piece Suits, a party band, will have a concert from 10:00 pm from June 2 to 2:00 am at McGuire’s of Destin, 33 Highway 98, Destin. They are led by the vocals of Kyle Hooks and the musicality of Nikki, Mike, Corey, Raywood and Nick Hooks, all to create a powerful sound and experience. It’s also Ladies Night at McGuires, with a selection of free drinks for ladies from 10pm to 2am
Summer fireworks
Ocalusa Island continues its series of summer fireworks. The show kicks off at 9pm every Wednesday on Boardwalk, 1450 Miracle Strip Parkway, Fort Walton Beach. The event is every Wednesday night until August 10. The organizers offer to make it a dinner and a show with a view of the front row of one of the restaurants of The Boardwalk or to grab a quick treat and scatter on the beach to watch the fireworks explode from the pier.
The Hanks Show

Named “The Perfect Girls Night Out”, the Hunks show comes to Downtown Music Hall. Celebrate your bachelorette party, birthday, divorce or just because. Tickets start at $ 21.95 and entrants must be 21 years of age or older. Ballet summer series
The Northwest Florida Ballet (NFB) will stage Ballet at Twilight and Ballet Under the Stars, two free open-air public performances at the Grand Boulevard and the Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation in June.
The first performance is at 19:30, Saturday, June 18 at Grand Park Sandestin, 495 Grand Blv., Miramar Beach. The second performance is at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, June 25 at the Matthew Kelly Arts Foundation, 4323 Commons Drive W, Destin.
They will present excerpts from Katya Garza Beauty and the Beast and classic works such as Grand Pas de Deux by Don Quixote performed by Samantha Hübner and Jonathan Carter of the American Repertory Ballet. Spring watersdanced by Yori Araya of the Memphis Ballet and Rafael Ferreras of the San Antonio Ballet, and the performance of NFB soloist Wyatt Mier on a male variation by Diana and Actaeon will also be presented.
Twilight Ballet and Ballet Under the Stars will also feature contemporary works choreographed by NFB Art Director Todd Eric Allen and Lindsay Brewer and Camille Loftis of Butler University. The programs end with the audience’s favorite Jazz Swing, which expresses the joy of classical dance in the rhythm of jazz, choreographed by Fernando Boujones with music by Luis Prima and Eddie Higgins.

Farmer’s Market Grand Boulevard
The Grand Boulevard Farmers Market is held every Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Grand Park in the heart of the Grand Boulevard in South Walton. Carry your shopping bag and stock up on local produce, eggs, jams and pies. Homemade soap, good olive oil and sour things are there to pick up.
