While any way you move your body is better than no movement at all, it can be difficult to find a workout—or exercise program—that works specifically for you and your fitness goals.

I could talk for hours about the benefits of P.volve, but I would boil the fitness platform down to a few key points.

My first experience with P.volve, which led me to my membership, was a 45 minute personal training session with Maeve McEwen at P.volve. Not only were all the movements focused on strength and mobility, but she corrected my form during our lower body workout and explained how training focused on the human form is beneficial to P.volve’s range of offerings.

Although I didn’t have my Essentials Kit with me during this session, I noticed a huge difference when my kit came in the mail and I started taking online fitness classes. All the parts are made with excellent quality and I could feel them toning and strengthening my body during the course!

As for my favorite classes, I really enjoyed the Standing Full Body Sculpt, Full Body Mobility, and Hip and Low Back Opening (the latter especially helpful for my “dancer’s hips” which, if not is taken into account, can lead to injury The fact that P.volve has classes serving specific biological and personal needs is exceptional.
