Citrus Springs Memorial Library, 352-489-2313

The Citrus Springs Library will be open Saturdays at 11 a.m. July 16 and July 30 for a children’s adventure activity.

Citrus Springs Library is looking for good, reliable volunteers to work a three-hour shift each week. No library experience required. The library is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Office volunteers will greet visitors, check items in and out, move items, make copies, etc. Volunteer applications are available in the library.

The Citrus Springs Memorial Library is not affiliated with the county library system, but is an independent, state-licensed, non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers. They rely on community donations and fundraisers throughout the year to keep their doors open.

Dunnellon Public Library, 352-438-2520

Browse the great assortment of books available at the Dunnellon Friends of the Library bookstore and stock up. The bookstore is open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. every third Saturday of the month. Donations are still being accepted on Friday.
