NGL Collective and mitú merge to create the largest digital-first Latin American media and entertainment powerhouse in the US

GoDigital Media Group acquires NGL Collective, co-founded by John Leguizamo with the support of MEP Capital

As part of the acquisition, NGL Collective (“NGL”), the leading US digital media and next-generation Latinx entertainment company co-founded by an actor and activist John Leguizamo and industry leader David Chittel is merging with GoDigital’s mitú, a leading digital media publisher dedicated to inspiring, representing and super serving Latinos in the US. The new entity will retain the NGL Collective name, becoming the nation’s largest 100% Latino-focused digital-first Latino media powerhouse, helping advertisers connect with this coveted audience regardless of age or language preference. NGL will serve a broad network of Latino creative and media partners, reaching US Latino communities through a range of social media and editorial sites, in-person and virtual community events, and published research.
