SoonerVision on ESPN+ is now available

NORMAN – The University of Oklahoma’s new SoonerVision on the ESPN+ landing page launched Monday, giving OU Athletics fans one-stop access to more than 100 annual live events, including men’s and women’s basketball and collegiate Olympic sports, as well as studio programming and archive content.

As part of a multi-year agreement, ESPN+ will also stream one regular-season football game per year (Sept. 10 vs. Kent State in 2022) and the annual spring football game. In addition to live game programming, SoonerVision on ESPN+ will also offer historical content (several options are already available, including the best games in OU history along with broadcasts featuring Bud Wilkinson, Barry Switzer and Bob Stoops), current coaching shows, pro days, pregame shows and more.

Content is available through ESPN+’s SoonerVision landing page, with live football and volleyball events beginning at the start of the fall track and field season. By subscribing to ESPN+, fans also have access to Big 12 Now on ESPN+, which features hundreds of live events each year.

Does this mean all OU games will be on ESPN+?

No. Athletics events that traditionally appear on ESPN’s linear channels (ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPNEWS) OR FOX’s linear channels (FOX, FS1) will continue to be, as the television network’s choice for rights from the first and second tiers remain the same as they have been in recent years. ESPN and FOX Sports will make their selections of football, basketball and Olympic sports programming to be shown on their linear channels, and OU events not selected in the first- or second-tier selection process will then be made available for show on ESPN+.

Will I be able to watch Oklahoma programming on Bally Sports?

No. Bally Sports programming at the University of Oklahoma ended on June 30, 2022.
